Any digital SLR help...? 4 years ago

I’m seriously thinking about forking out for a digital SLR, but I’m in a small quandry about what to go for. I already have a Nokia F55 (35mm SLR) with 2 lenses which (from what I gather) are interchangeable with some other Nokia digital SLRs. Soooo, would it be best to go for a Nokia digital SLR and keep my current lenses, OR do I buy another digital SLR altogether and just start again??? Help!

knit
I started! 4 years ago

Well, yay me! I bought a book called “Stitch ‘n Bitch – The Knitters Handbook” which really got me thoroughly interested. I then spoke to my mum who sent me up all of her old needles saving me a small fortune, and after doing a few swatches on some odds and ends of yarn that I bought from ebay for about £1, I was happily knitting (and purling) away! So this week I started on my first project – a small tote bag (pattern can be found in the book I mentioned)! I cannot explain how relaxing it is just to sit and knit, but also how frustrating it is when you realise that you REALLY need to unravel the whole thing and start again! It’s great fun though, and rewarding too!

Get a gmail account
Far superior email account! 4 years ago

I’ve had Yahoo and Hotmail accounts which are both good in their own small ways, but my gmail account is by far the best – a huuuuuge inbox and I much prefer the Spam filter on this account. I really love the little google-esque touches as well, like when the spam folder is empty, you get a little, “Hooray, no spam here!” comment. I also completely love the way that all related emails are grouped together, it’s just so much easier and I now class my gmail as my main email account – if anyone needs an invite leave your email address and I’ll send one asap : )
