Well technically I didn’t do it, but my car is now clean inside (and out)! The people at Petro-Canada did it for me. Their basic wash and clean package is really reasonably priced. Especially if one uses their Petro Points to pay.

I tried last week and did 19. I’m doing wide grip pull-ups. I want to do it by Christmas.
I think I’m on the Canadian Blood Services telemarketing speed dial list now. They really like my blood.
They even asked if I would give them my plasma. I don’t know about that because they take a bunch of blood out of you, centrifuge it for the platelets, and then pump the junk back into you. That way you won’t pass out on the way home and they can get you to donate again much sooner than with the whole blood.
This is a good way to help our society function a little bit better without too much impact on your personal lifestyle.
“Drink more water” is a good goal in conjunction with this one. I was once sent home because I couldn’t bleed enough. Dehydration is apparently not helpful.
