Monday, weigh in day. I lost a total of 2 pounds. Which now brings my weight to…...279. I know, I know, not a big deal, but hey, losing is losing. I am now 2 pounds closer to my goal.

Since getting my toenail cut out about a week ago, I haven’t done as much exercising as I should have been. I hope to start back tomorrow evening.
I got a library card from my local library, but haven’t used it yet. I do plan on going and getting a book from there on Tuesday. So, I will have another book read by the middle of August. Then, I can do a small report on it and post it on this site.
i had my toenail cut out because it was infected, so I didn’t exercise today.
today I went walking. Walked for a mile, which lasted approximately 20 minutes. Then, i did an exercise video tape for 30 minutes.
Went out on the town this afternoon, and spent most of the day strolling in the stores.
Went by the local library this afternoon and got a library card. I plan to go back next week and get a book or two.
I just went to my 10 year high school reunion a few weeks ago. It was fun seeing everyone that I had grown up with, and hearing about all of their accomplishments.
Finishing high school is one of the best things that you can do. There are many things to experience that would not be possible by just getting a G.E.D, such as gradauation night, prom night, sports, activities. They say that the best years of your life are either high school or college. For me, they would definitly be high school.
Our electricity went out this morning. I believe it went out before my alarm was scheduled to go off, since I don’t remember hearing it. I got up at 845, though.
I got up this morning, ate a bowl of cereal and did 10 repetitions on my mother’s cardioglide thing. It is now 830 pm, and I have just completed 30 minutes on my exercise bike, with a little bit of weights for my arms. Both my legs and arms are tired.!!!
Well, I upped my time on the exercise bike from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. That extra ten minutes sure was tough. But I did it. HOpefully, with watching what I eat, the weight may just fall off.
For about a week now, I have been going to bed somewhere between 930 and 10 p.m. That has made most things a lot easier. The funny thing is that most nights, I am able to go to sleep without the t.v.
Don’t believe I told one single lie yesterday. That is very good. Especially for me.
I spent the entire day yesterday cleaning the house and doing laundry on my feet. Not just petty cleaning, either. Pure elbow grease cleaning. I think that that should count as one day of exercise.
