I haven’t exactly gotten over it since I mostly do it when I’m subconsciously stressed but a good way to prevent it is having your hair tied so it won’t be this easy to do

I’m actually starting to get over it.just doing things without interruptions or putting it off for stupid reasons is enough.it’s so satisfying when I’m done :D

This is a little difficult to do since I’m not doing outdoor activities anymore and I’m at the last year of school,but at least I can take strolls a little more often :)
