After some quick initial progress, a week illness caused a set back. Currently at 110 in 5 sets with 1 – 2 minutes in between. But max remains around 38.

It provides a structured approach to getting to 100 pushups. In the middle of the 2nd week and am currently doing between 90-100 per session – only in sets, not all at once. Ah, progress.
