I am going to do the lemonade diet fast for 30 days. Then I am going to eat right and exercise alot more. I am planning to run at least 50 miles a week. I also want to incorporate weight lifting, pilates, taebo, and bunch of other workout dvd’s I have! Hopefully I will look like these women by the end of the year!
