I really decided to commit to this starting this past October and I”m down 15 pounds. Part of it is due to Weight Watchers. Part of it is due to pairing up with a friend. On my way!!!

How I did it: I started out as an at-home vegetarian when my husband became a vegetarian. I would only eat meat at restaurants. This was a good way to transition to full vegetarian. Read how I did it…
How I did it: 7 days because of building the field. We didn't follow the international quidditch rules because we had smaller kids involved as well. Used swim noodles for brooms (safer) and the beaters (some of the smaller kids) ran around throwing soaking wet splash balls at everyone.
