i find myself wanting to give things away, rather than selling them or donating them for a tax deduction…
i did 10 assisted pull ups today. basically i put a low stool under my feet. i’m going to try this every morning for a week and see if my 1 (unassisted) pull up feels any easier.
i also did 10 push ups (knees down) a 3 sets of squats.
