I’ve always wondered why I kept running out of steam on the basketbal court or let’s face it, walking up the stairs sometimes. Well after years of laziness, it finally dawned on me that people actually trained to keep up their level of fitness to perform better on the basketball court etc. So I’ve decided that it’s time to get some training of myself in. I’ve decided to join a spin class. Let’s hope I can handle it.

How I did it
How I did it: It was graduation day at University and my friends and I got talking in line waiting to go up and get our degree. Since we wanted to celebrate and do something really cool the idea of skydiving came up. To my surprise we all agreed.
