Months later, I lost weight for a while, but have put it back on recently(sigh). Guess its diet time again. My goal: To lose 10 pounds and keep it off.
To do this I will:
- Not eat cookies at lunch
- Do sit ups and crunches before going to sleep
- Don’t eat while watching T.V.
Lets do this!!!!!

I’ve been so busy lately that I have been ignoring my diet. Until yesterday when I was bored and looking through pictures on my cell. There were pictures of me from last year when I was trying on size 0 dresses and size 2 was too big. I am now determined to get back to that point and because of this I am getting back on track and not eating today. It is really hard. This past year I have become reliant on food for something to do, I only woke up an hour and a half ago and am having a difficult time. So I have been doing a workout, perhaps I shall clean- that usually helps…sigh. The sad thing is I’m not really hungry.

Well, I have been drinking lots of water lately, its harder then I thought it would be. Drinking some of it as tea helped. In addition, I have been wearing sunscreen almost everyday!
