So I somehow managed to lose weight during the month of January and into February without having to focus on it. I actually only weighted 103 at one point. But then I had one of those days when I felt like munching-no big deal-that turned into nearly a month of munching-big deal. I am so disappointed in myself, especially since I felt so much better thin. Back to the drawing board….
Where to begin once again on my never-ending quest? well, I think I shall try little steps. I went running earlier, so that is good. My main problem is sweets, in fact I think that may be my entire problem. I virtually live on junk food-especially chocolate- and it makes me feel a bit yucky. Thus, tomorrow I shall consume no chocolate as a kickstart and try to do a little workout of some sort.
