Honestly, I had just heard this song when it occurred to me that it would make a good “thing” for my list.
Great song. Great thing to aspire towards.

Honestly, I had just heard this song when it occurred to me that it would make a good “thing” for my list.

I gave away a few more cheers tonight. Trying to use some discretion. You know, not cheer anything and everything.
I can only look at “recent entries” and that typically involves about 10 or so recent entries. Surely there’s a way for me to see / cheer what more people are doing?
Hmmm…
Best “thing” I saw this evening was (paraphrased) “Invite a stranger to join me for coffee.” Very cool.
Life gets busy. So it seems that lunchtime is one of the most accessible times to catch up with friends, one on one.
I frequently grab lunch with one of my best friends from college – once every week or two. He shared some amazing news with me recently.
He and his wife currently have three beautiful kids, two girls and a boy. After serious consideration, they decided they want to have another child.
Turns out, they are now expecting three! There are several risks associated with having triplets and they are understandably feeling a wide range of emotions.
It’s still very early – they haven’t told anyone yet. They’re meeting with the doctors every other week to keep an eye on any potential complications.
They are unbelievable people, amazing parents already and better people could not be found. Still, doubling the number of children in your family in one fell swoop must be a little overwhelming.
I’ll never forget him sharing that story as well as the nervous sense of excitement and anxiety he displayed while sharing it.
