Cross Training

I’ve begun to cross train since I started taking my horsemanship lessons. I want to be in my tiptop shape so I will be more comfortable on the horses. So every other day I go to Curves and work on paced. Then on the other days I lift weights at home, do pilates, or ride horses. Though I haven’t seen much improvement yet, I know that if I keep it up I’ll soon see some progress.
