When you have white teeth you can always smile without hesitating and worrying about what people think when they see your teeth. Also white teeth make you more attractive. If you like yourself you can start to whiten your teeth today. A whitening toothpaste probably will help you but if you want you can use whitestrips. Don’t forget that it is not something you do and finish at once. It’s a progress so be patient and motivated. You can look at your teeth in the mirror and motivate yourself :)

I believe that you can learn many things from the experiences of others. We don’t have time to learn everything by doing it by ourselves. I try to meet many people as i can. I try to find the people who i can learn from. Since i work in a small company which has a few workers and a few customers it’s difficult to find those people. Sometimes i use the internet or reach to friends of friends to do this and join some societies or groups. Sometimes i try different sport types to meet different kind of people. Sometimes i join a mail-group and learn many things from them. Since i am 24 years old i don’t have too much life experience but i helped many students or new workers who are younger than me and it made me happy.
i decided to gain weight 2 months ago. My height is 1.79cm. When i started i was 57 kg and now i am 62 kg. I am working out almost regularly. Also i use a nutrition product and a natural product that increase my appetite. My aim is to be at least 70kg. I have set the deadline as the 01/01/2009.
This is not the first time i try this. I tried it a few times years ago and i failed. You have to be determined and motivated to do this. you have to make your eating for every day and every meal. Of course consulting a dietician can help you to make eating plans but if you search the internet you can find the program best suits you providing the necessary calorie amount and nutritions. First of all it’s not easy to gain weight for a person who lived skinny for years. Your body rejects the change. For most of the skinny people it’s impossible to gain weight without workouts. I have body type without any fat. The weights i gain automatically turns out to proteins therefore muscles. My experience is that if you give up workouts you easily lose the weight and muscles you gain. For motivation you can ask for help from the people close to you. If they support you things going to be easier for you. After gaining some weight a mirror can be your best motivator which works for me :)
