Lost my temperature control
I was hoping to use a small refridg to keep the tempute constant. Lost it to my wife’s classroom. The kit looks like all sugar to me though.

Lakeview Valley Farms Make Your own Beer kit was under the tree. Seems like it will take about one month to brew it. Have not yet decided when to start, but perhaps on a snowed in day (if that occurrs).
The price tag says $30 and I should be able to make a case of pilsner or amber beer. Not sure what case they mean as they provided 6 plastic beer-like bottles in the kit. (Followup – they presume you will make several batches with the ingrediants.)
