It’s really hard to keep up on this when I’m in school. I’m gone for 15 hours on at least two days of the week, and when I’m home, there is homework. I’ve decided to keep moving forward on this anyway, because so many things are easier to do when my environment is comfortable and clean. Every day I will concentrate on one thing beyond the regular maintenance of laundry, dishes, dusting and vacuuming. It could be putting up a shelf to store the laundry supplies, or deep cleaning behind the furniture. Just one extra thing every day. It’s worth a try anyway.

I’m in the third year of my four year program for a BFA in interior design, and I still love it. The work is a little different than I expected going into it, but it’s interesting, and challenging, and exciting. Sleep is a luxury these days, but the work is energizing enough to make up for it.
I haven’t been using my credit cards, and have managed my finances well. I’ve been paying more than minimum consistently every month. I need to start really looking at the numbers now, and watch them go down so that I can feel good about the progress.
