These are not as good for us as we’ve been led to believe. I would like to minimize my exposure by: using a filter for drinking water, using a filter for the shower, and trying a toothpaste without fluoride.

Aluminum is in numerous things: deodorant, pots and pans, drinking cans, food and cooking supplies. It is not very good for our bodies and there is evidence that it passes through the blood/brain barrier. I would like to decrease my exposure to this toxin.



Try avocado

I tried it…and it is very good! Definately something I would like to eat again.

Plus, I now know how to open an avocado and remove the edible fruit…for some reason I’m very proud of that, lol.
