Ok so I have managed to go 3 months w/out smoking. I know all the smokers out there will say that im full of it when I say that it was easy but its true. The fear of the pain of quitting was way worse than the actual experience. All I had to do was replace the feeling of liking smoking with a painful feeling. and then replace the act of smoking with a healthier obsession, like hiking. I’m now hiking 4-5 miles each day and barely getting winded. throughout this whole ordeal, I have actually lost weight. I joined a gym and am working out twice a week. All you have to do folks is get disgusted enough… feel enough pain linked to your own behavior and your mind will change your actions all on its own. Then just use positive reinforcement to keep yourself on the right track. I’m marking this one as done. I dont even have the urge to smoke anymore… good luck everyone.

So I have always had this dream. One that I knew would happen someday when I had more money than common sense and that is to fly an old ww2 fighter plane like a spitfire or a P51. But I dont just want to fly one, I actually want to rig paintball guns in the wings and strafe ground targets with them.. crazy? yes, eccentric? definitely, Fun? oh hell yeah!
