I now have three batches going. Dry Mead, Black Mead, and Ancient Orange. One gallon of each. The Ancient Orange is the easiest of any recipe I’ve seen. Very newbie friendly and it is ready to drink fairly quickly, say 2 months.

I have been planning to build one of these for quite some time now. It is a car built from the plans in a book titled “Build a Sports Car for as Little as 250 brittish pounds”. I have most of the bits and pieces, now all I have to do is start.

I am in a situation right now where if I make one false move, I could lose everything. House, cars, everything. But I am in a credit counseling program and nearly everything consoladated. Baby steps.
