How I did it
How I did it: I started by climbing at the climbing gym, once my muscles got accustomed to it I started going every day. I think that the climbing gym is the best place to get started climbing, it doesn't hurt your hands like real rock does (depending on the texture) but it works and gets your muscles ready for a real climb on real rock.
