I have a new jogging route and although it’s less than three miles long, the view for most of the last mile is breath-taking. That’s what the Rock of Cashel looks like when I have just under a mile to run.

First frost
We got the first frost of the winter but it hasn’t affected my running because frost came after I finished. Our coldest temperatures happen right around daybreak. I’m running into headlights on mornings now and staying safe. Within a few months, we’ll have cold snaps that will make the roads slippery. For now, a little frost is welcome.
