I’ve been putting up selected treasured objects and artwork. Being selective is the key :) I am enjoying actually seeing things instead of having them hidden away for ‘later’. Later (and someday) never comes.

Huge progress. I’m slowly making my room usable. I’m so excited about what has been accomplished!
Pink peppermint-scented hot bath with confetti! Absolute heaven, and I have never quite been convinced about the whole bath-thing lol I read about 80 pages of a book, and had organic dark hot chocolate and there was violin music (live of course ;) drifting down the hallway…. wow! I’m converted!
Then I laid in bed and read more, enjoying how soft my peppermint-scented skin was :)
Major progress! My room looks somewhat usable, more books are disappearing and I’ve started actually organizing them into piles of similar topics (just the major ones so far: food, sexuality, spirituality, self-improvement, etc) The roommate complimented how the livingroom looked yesterday :D
mmmmmm! 12 minute superhot relaxing sauna today. Laying down, lights off just daydreaming… mmmmm! I want another! Then I went for breakfast with my wonderful friends!!!
I sorted some books tonight, and made a pile of Buddhist/Pagan books I would like to read more closely in the near future. I also am planning on doing some shopping at Little Mysteries, I think they have a few things for me :)
More progress. I am emotionally ready to get rid of things which is 75% of the battle. The other 25% is just taking the time to actually look at it piece by piece and either put it in the recycle bin or actually file it where I will be able to find it when I need it :)
I am here!! Fabulously fun and productive weekend so far and I have TWO more days to go!!!
I downloaded some daily Buddhist podcasts, I’m looking forward to listening to.
I have another large bag of ‘stuff’ to recycle. I’m going to try to put all my miscellaneous papers in a large trunk, so at least the papers I still have to sort/scrapbook/burn won;t continue to invade the rett of my house.
Lots of things have been happening, but I’ve been too busy to update lol Great things happening this weekend.
This weekend is the beginning of the rest of my life. I have very ambitious plans, so hopefully there will be lots of progress to report.
I have just finished filing my cough 2007 taxes, so tomorrow I will print off the docs and mail them in, along with my bank info so I get my refund more quickly. yay!!!!
Yay, I’ve made serious headway, and noticeable improvements everyday lately :)
I checked out the website but couldn’t request my credit report over the phone (likely because I have moved recently). So tomorrow I will print the form and fax it in. (Must remember to have proof of address with me :)
I’ve certainly been adding to the ‘to be recycled’ bags. Eradicate meaningless ephemera!
