was swallowing my pride and admitting that I just can’t run like I used to. Once I got over that, it was easy to run slower and for a shorter distance. This has been so much better than previous times, as I’ve listened to my legs, instead of abusing them. So, on to bigger and better running goals…

How I did it
How I did it: The Couch to 5k run plan. Stopped and started 3 springs in a row. This year, I took it easy. I didn't try to keep an exact 10min mile. I listened to my shins. I took it slow and easy, and I didn't hurt myself. Made it so much easier, and so much more fun this year. Read how I did it…
