Last night I cooked fajitas. Oh GOD were they good.

Recipe:
1 green & 1 red bell pepper
1 red onion (only use like 1/4 of it though!)
1 pkg of steak strips
1 pkg of fajita (or taco) seasoning
1 pkg of small tortillas fit for fajitas
Sour Cream, Avacado, shredded cheese

Start steak strips in a frying pan w/ vegetable oil on high to brown the outsides. Add 1/2 of the seasoning from the packet, then the sliced or diced vegetables. Wait for it to brown, stir together, add the rest of the seasoning.

spread sour cream on tortilla, add cheese to middle, then some of the fajita concoction. fold, nuke for thirty seconds to melt the cheese if desired.

eat slowly, enjoy the flavor

have a margarita or two if desired!

VIOLA! mmmmm so good, cheap, healthy meal.

So I went out and bought groceries yesterday. Healthy ones that include breakfast food. A bowl of cereal just makes you have a weeee bit more energy during the day.
