I’ve had my permit for 6 months, and need to wait 6 months more plus pass my drivers ed class which starts tomorrow. So yeah, pretty much set on this one, just have to wait.



stop eating so much
munchies 10 months ago

Ok, so I’m just gonna explain this one, I’m not overweight at all, but I have a problem with eating, and I can tell its unhealthy. Basically if I don’t restrain myself I will be constantly eating. Munch munch munch. And it makes me feel gross. So the last few days I have just been trying to ease up and eat small healthy meals only when I feel hungry. So far, so good. It seems to be all about breaking the habit, so that’s what I’m gonna do.

I’ve been working on this for about a week and i’m pretty sure already have some improvement. This is something I have wanted to accomplish FOREVER so this time I’m really gonna stick with it and push myself. I’ve been stretching almost everyday, and I feel great.
