My once-tight jeans actually feel loose! Ah, it’s times like these that make all the times I’ve yearned for chocolate worth it.



eat more fruit and vegetables
I'm gonna try this one 12 months ago

for a couple of weeks and see how I do. I think one of the reasons why I (and maybe other people) don’t like vegetables much is because they often get cooked for too long and just end up as a limp, green pile on a plate. I think if I choose nice bright, chunky veg and boil them for a short time I might actually enjoy them. I don’t think fruit will be a problem though; I love it, it’s just a case of remembering!
