I need to start being active again, and this is a great way to get in shape. I used to go climbing when I was younger, and I really enjoyed it. My goal is to start going at least twice a week, and then start climbing real rocks outside when spring comes around again.

How I did it: rented all the episodes on netflix until my roommate decided to buy all the seasons on dvd, and then we watched them straight thought for a week. We watched most of season 6 online though because we didn't have Showtime, and it wasn't out on DVD yet. We also went to see Jennifer Beals and the writer of the show speak in public. The finale was disappointing, but at least there are 5 other seasons to continue enjoying. Read how I did it…
I over think and over analyze everything I do. It really disrupts many aspects of my life, especially my relationships. I can;t ever just enjoy the moment without constantly predicting and doubting everything. I need to learn to just let go and let the chips fall into place themselves. I am in therapy, and am hoping that it will help with this.
I studied abroad in London back in college, and had a terrible experience because I started experiencing depression and anxiety for the first time. I have not been back since then, but I am finally going back at the end of the month. I am nervous, but excited to see how it goes. I’m hoping that it is positive, and that the bad memories don’t overwhelm me. It will be hard, but I am ready for the challenge!
