Be Focused And Determined And Make Things Happen (read all 3 entries…)
Oy vey. Stress Hinders. 2 years ago

When I get overly stressed, I tend to lose focus. So, here are the steps that I need to follow in order to keep up with my work, do well, and enjoy life.

Step 1: Take a deep breath.

Step 2: Continue breathing.

Step 3: Remember that it’s all okay. Eliminate stress.

Step 4: Work. Work. Work.

Step 5: Have fun. A LOT of fun.

Step 6: Realize that I didn’t have time to have fun, but I’m going to do it anyway because life is not about stress and work and grades (well, maybe a little, for future purposes).

Step 7: Repeat every week.

I am avoiding bar foods rather effectively, except for that one day a week when I basically don’t have time to do anything. But even, then, a little extra effort can eliminate the need. Once in a while, a food bar is okay, though. Moderation is the key! If I keep up my current progress for a little while longer, I will check this off!

I have been doing quite well with this goal, until tonight that is. Oh, stress. But overall, I may be close to checking this off.
