I’ve been curious about selling stuff on eBay for awhile now. I am certainly no stranger to buying stuff from eBay, but I am thinking I should give selling a go. Hell, even if I don’t make money, at least I am getting rid of stuff which is the most important thing!
I’m going to have to see how does this. ;)

A few years ago, I was primarily wheat-free and gluten-free. This was not my choice, but my naturopath’s. Because of my disease, I was told (and have read since) that gluten should be removed from my diet because it is an allergen, and very hard on the digestion. I did manage to go wheat-free for a couple of years, but never saw much improvement to my health. So I fell off the wheat-free wagon and indulge in ‘white death’ at least once a day. I do notice, however, that if I eat something with wheat (especially), my gut is often not happy with it. So, I’m going to try to cut back again on my intake of highly glutenous things.
We’ll see how successful I am. It doesn’t help that my husband is practicing his baking almost every day and there is a lot of white flour products freshly baked in the kitchen. :-/

My ultimate goal is to have the perfectly healthy diet. I doubt I’ll ever reach that goal 100%, but if I work more consciously towards it, then that is good enough. :)
Sugar isn’t a huge component of my diet, so this won’t be a big stretch. I use unrefined organic cane sugar on the rare occasion that I bake, and I am using honey more and more. I do like the occasional sweet thing, but I am pretty restrained on my sweet consumption. One weakness is pre-made granola and cereal, so I would like to focus more on eliminating this ‘hidden’ cereal sugar in my diet. I tend to eat organic cereals, which usually use an unrefined cane sugar, but it is still more sugar than I probably need in my diet.
My other weakness is chocolate and again, I tend to eat only a piece or two of the good organic varieties each day…with the odd indulgence in junkie chocolate. I’d like to use more self-control and banish it completely, or at least enjoy it only once a week. We’ll see how well I do! :)
