But my life is completely different. Back then I thought it would be impossible but I made it and so can you. I`m finishing school and am generally a much happier and less insecure person. I still have ways to go but Im pretty content with the life I have at the moment. Before I couldn`t see a way out, now all I see are endless possibilities.

How I did it: I went to my mom's and she was heading to the library. So of course, i figured i might as well get a card since i was gonna be there. It took 10 mins and cost nothing. Now the only issue is there were no decent books there since they barely have any english books, but i have access to 3 other libraries so im hopeful one will carry some english books.. How I did it: I pierced my nose when i was 12 and i stopped wearing my nose ring a couple years ago. I still had the hole so i shoved a needle in it. Really hurt at first and then when i put the piercing, it was throbbing and red. The redness is starting to go away. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Everytime I had a thought that i knew would escalade into another worry, and another, i stopped it in its tracks. I just said to myself, not important right now, think about it later. It gets easier with time and sometimes it doesn't work, but mostly, i've reduced my overthinking. Read how I did it…

I hate feet. Clammy feet, dirty feet, little feet, long feet.. get them all away from me. You know people who will just put their feet on your lap? Hate em too. Wow, stare at your bare feet.. Aren’t they so retarded?
I’m a total bed prude. I change my pillow cases every 2 days(I alternate the sides), my sheets every week and vaccumm the matress and wash my covers every 2 weeks. When i was younger, If i’d have a friend sleep over, i would wash my bed, once they would leave. For the longest time, i used to sleep on top of my covers because if i was too close to the matress, like only a thin sheet was seperating me from the matress, i would freak out. Now i will sleep under the covers but only because i put layers on top of the matress. I have a padded thingy, and three sheets. I also have a sheet between the covers and me. I would wash them twice a week if i could, but its quite a hassle. It takes 4 loads to wash it all.
