I’ve been trying to exercise most days, and this week I’ve worked out every day except one! This morning I woke up and did one of the longer Women’s Health videos before making a protein berry smoothie. I’m feeling pretty accomplished and it’s only just past 6 AM. :)
I’ve been eating a lot more than I should, but I caught it and that’s what I feel is important. I’m focusing on my food intake and thinking positively. Today is going to be a good day.

REALLY. 6 months ago

I’ve had this goal for a while now, but I really want to do it and I think I’m ready to go for it now.
I want set goals for weight loss in five pound increments.
Right now I weigh 145 lbs, and I want to weigh 140 by June 1st. I eat very healthily and make sure that I get all of the nutrients I need. Considering I haven’t used my time very well so I haven’t been working out much lately, I know working out at a difficult intensity for at least four days every week will make this happen.
I’m ready, willing and I feel like posting my progress will make me stick with it this time.
Now all I have to do is work for it!
