Yes, Mount “Rainy Air”.
I look at it all the time and it’s huge but compelling.
Don’t want to leave earth without going up there.
I know people who have done it 40 times, and I’ve climbed my share of mountains, including 14er’s in Colorado.
Sounds like a worthy goal, before I get too old.

That means “Rim to Rim to Rim”.
No great hurry, take lots of time and enjoy the scenery. Probably a bit of walking involved in the uphill legs. Do it during the cool season, but as long days as possible. Oct-Nov or March-April.
Note to self: “Get fit before you try this.”

I’ve been looking at it all my life. Four big heads on a mountain. Well once they hauled a bunch of men and heavy equipment up the south side, by the highway. I’ve looked it over and it doesn’t look too tough.
Wouldn’t it be cool to look down on those famous heads?
I’ve heard that there are scary no tresspassing signs and the FBI will throw the book at you, but hey I’m not planning to hurt anything. I just want the buzz of being there.
