I’ve always hoped that I would graduate college within 4 years, but my financial situation is preventing that. I’m taking a year off to earn some money and apply for more scholarships though.

How I did it: I never really liked meat, only poultry and shellfish, so quitting meat wasn't that hard. I had to wait until I moved out of my parents house and could support myself though. I quit meat cold turkey and haven't really missed it since. Read how I did it…
