How I did it: I had heard a friend saying that she had something served with Raspberry Confit, it sounded nice although I didn't have a clue what it was. I found this great recipe for cheesecake which was served with raspberry confit. It was out of this world. Read how I did it…

I have been so over whelmed with my bedroom for months but yesterday I picked up the 32 books and moved them to a book case in another room. I hung up clean clothes, put dirty clothes in the washing basket, and threw away clothes I haven’t worn for years. I put the old newspapers in the bin. I put the bits of old newspapers and magazines I want to read one day in a black bag along with kids toys, photos, leaflets for places I have visited or want to visit, bills, kids school letters and other bits and bobs. I put the black bag in another room and hoovered my room. I felt very happy going to bed. Today I bought a big sunday newspaper.
