How I did it
It made me
feel clear headed 
How I did it: I surrender my will & my life over to the care of my higher power (JESUS CHRIST). I have faith in the fact that He is my sanity & that the Holy Spirit is constantly guiding me. When I do step out of line I simply resubmit my will to God because I know that He's will for me is better then my will.
