I recently landed an internship with an ex-pro runner and experienced photographer. Together we are hoping to revamp her website (www.prettysporty.com) and make some money selling photos of collegiate sports.
I’m not sure that this is really something that I can see in my future.
I was invited to take pictures of a local women’s only triathlon- The Ramblin’ Rose. I got 50% of the sales off of my pictures. So far I’ve sold 5 pictures off of www.eventpictures.com and made around $50 and this is just the first day they’ve been up! I’m very glad I did this because I’ve gotten several comments on my photos, but I’ve had anyone want to own them.
Not really going to fit with my lifestyle. While it would be very cool I think there are some things I would rather do.
I did a triathlon several years ago and I have done them every summer since. I know the circuit around North Carolina pretty well and if anyone would like some recommendations for their first one or how to get started training I can help.
