I sold my house—after many price reductions. I was fortunate to make enough to pay off my mtg, and some credit card debt. I am now renting. This is certainly saving me money and I continue to be debt-free (except for my car lease), but I sure do miss having my own house.

I teach small children from other countries to speak English. Most of them have Spanish as their native language. If MY Spanish was better, I could be so much more helpful to them.
