Better go – its 10pm.



Exercise at least 4 times a week
Start position 2 years ago

Beginning of the year I wasn’t doing any real exercise. Now I’m walking up a fairly steep hill once a week, swimming 10 laps at the Dickson pool one day a week and parking my car 10 minutes from the office. I feel like the the parking my car bit isn’t technically “exercise”. Well, it’s not part of this 4 times a week goal, even if it is noble and decent.
