I’ve visited many countries and enjoyed many cups, but I’ve not been anywhere with as much tea, in as many bushels, or as widely available in different flavors as I have encountered in China. While the general habit is a daily one, and the kinds you find in restaurants are absolutely horrible, the teas you find in tea shops are often times better than coitus. I’d like to become a connoisseur of teas, including tea from areas outside of Asia. For now, I’ll start without local Tea City shops and work my way through to international teas. mmmm…

How I did it: I got in touch with my original adoption agency and contacted the person in charge of my case and asked her for more information. She called my mother and grandmother and managed to get an address and we started sending letters from there. ♥ Read how I did it…
In 2008 I was a wine server at a local wine bar near my house. I’ve always been interested in wine, and learning that it was different than regular drinking culture, I’ve found that I love it. My palate isn’t bad, and my pouring isn’t half bad. I want to learn all about the different flavors and nuances of wines in all the regions available, except Chinese wine. XP I’m not a fan at all of Chinese wine. I recently bought myself a wine tasting notebook and once I get back into the swing of a bottle a month, I’ll be able to start off on my own experiences in this area.
I’ve managed to get a tutor for one session that lasted two hours and after the first hour I realized just how behind I am in Chinese. It’s a wonderful idea to learn the written language before you learn the necessary elements for studying this topic. If you don’t, you’ll be lost immediately.
I can also share this tidbit of information: The meridians that this tendency follows can be described by all of the following aspects as they are placed into the name of the related merdian; yin/yang, element, beginning point, end point, and placement on the body.
It’s VERY interesting!
