I need to do something about my coffee intake. Maybe mix the coffee half regular and half decaf.
I’m drinking between 2 to 5 cups a day and I really need to keep it around 2. I also need to quite eating wheat products. Pump up my self control!
I admit that I have major major food allergies and that it affects my health. I’ve gone beyond the pity, the anger, the whining. I’m now just blase about it. But I really need to watch what I eat and drink. For my future health. For my older self that will have to live with the abuse I heap on myself now. For my children.
