Eat less foods I'm allergic too
My Bad Eating Habits. 3 years ago

I need to do something about my coffee intake. Maybe mix the coffee half regular and half decaf.

I’m drinking between 2 to 5 cups a day and I really need to keep it around 2. I also need to quite eating wheat products. Pump up my self control!

I admit that I have major major food allergies and that it affects my health. I’ve gone beyond the pity, the anger, the whining. I’m now just blase about it. But I really need to watch what I eat and drink. For my future health. For my older self that will have to live with the abuse I heap on myself now. For my children.

When it works, it’s wonderful. My biggest advice. Communication. Everything will break down if even one person isn’t being completely honest with their loves AND themselves.
