There are periods of time when i’m really stressed about everything.. My job, things i have to do… even small things like the bus that arrived late. I’m stressed almost all day long and it’s really bad for my health.
I’ve been thinking about why i’m getting stressed and here are some thoughts: First of all i think it’s fear that things may go wrong, that i might not be as good as i want to be in my job and everything i do. Except that, i believe that i’m getting stressed because i want to, because i think it can make me more productive. When i’m stressed i work much faster than when i’m not. The problem is that stress is really bad for my body and after a few hours i feel exhausted! I have to find a way to reduce it.
