Well, the phobia seems to have been lifted for the most part. I seem to still have moments where I feel really unnerved and uncomfortable behind the wheel, but it’s nowhere near as bad as it was. I think I might be close to marking this goal complete?

I did this, technically. I’m going to keep trying to shave minutes off, but yeah, I came up with a few systems and some things that help.
In the last few days I’ve realized why this is a thing for me. I realized that I actually actively frown because the other people around me smile a lot and I feel the need to offset that. Clearly I’ll have to work around a lot more than just my muscle memory if I want to complete this goal…
