watch this movie from start to finish as a testament to my superhuman ability to be patient and calm when every inch of my body and mind is telling me to get out and stop the madness of mind mutilation that follows the confusion and bewilderment of watching and trying to understand the logic of a movie that is so deeply intrenched in the “Bad Movie” genre that the fact that you actually found a copy to watch proves that some people never throw anything away!

Because the Eco-Challenge isn’t run anymore since Mark Burnett sold out with “Survivor” and stopped doing the “real survivor” which was and always will be…......THE ECO-CHALLENGE. The RAID was around before the CHALLENGE and is its only true rival. I’d like to run it and finish without; impaling myself, dehydrating, collapsing from extreme muscle fatigue or organ failure, drowning, falling from a cliff or glacier, getting giardia, eaten by giant mosquitos that lay eggs under the skin, immersion or trench foot, a broken arm or leg(s), or being Ceasared by other people on my team. I could deal with the leaches, stomach cramps, leg cramps, vomitting, mild frost bite, blood blisters, and maybe losing 20 or 30% of my body weight in under a week that leads to a slight heart arrhythmia but the mosquitos? the ones that use your body as an incubator to breed little flesh eating maggots? forget it. I’ll take the frost bite. If I had to choose, I’d definitely take the frost bite!
