On May 4th I ran in the 10km Sudbury Rocks Marathon race. I made a time of 1:18:01. Slow but I finished.
I completed a 14.5km run on Sunday. My longest yet. Countdown until raceday…
Now at 150lbs.
I guess I’m not happy with the number game. I have an image in my head about what I would like weight-wise. I continue to change my goals based on that perception. I thought it would be 150. I’m close but I’m not there yet. I wrote last time about 145lbs, but now I think that 140 will probably do it. Even if it’s not what I’m looking for I will definately break from this diet stuff.
