I'm doing 28 things
It really worked out for me to attend a community college which was close to home. It was cheaper, easier, and far more laid back than attending a university. I ended up going to a trade school after getting my AA but it still shows that I’m educated when applying for jobs. I am working in the field I went to school for in the end, but sometimes you never really know until you try. Plus, consider the fact that you must learn by doing. Just get out there!

How I did it: I joined some family friends for whale watching in Long Beach summer 2008. Just show up, buy a ticket, and enjoy the day's search for ocean life! How I did it: I bought a pair of tickets for my brother's birthday. We both love The Soup on E! and when I saw Joel McHale was performing right over in Ontario at the Improv, I had to get tickets! I gave blood at a tent that the singer of Jack’s Mannequin was promoting at Bamboozle Left, and it was such a positive feeling. The more people that face their fears and take the time to donate blood, the higher the chances grow for saving someone’s life! I have always been a big fan of our feathered friends, but all I have ever owned have been cockatiels, parakeets and a lovebird. Parrots with their intelligence and talent have always interested me, and finally, to my surprise, I received a Congo African Grey for my 19th brithday by my brother and sister-in-law! I named him Nicky and I adore him just as much as the rest of my “kids.”
