I have been working on completing a Masters degree off and on since 1998. I finally committed the time and resources to enroll in an executive track program in August 2004. Upon completion of my first year of classes, I took a brief hiatus from school when my boss accepted a position at another organization. Now that a new boss is in place, I will pick up where I left off and should be done in February 2006.
