i’ve managed four days out of seven to drink a pathetic 50 cl of water a day. must try harder. haven’t noticed any of the fringe benefits, and am certainly not glowing with health!
to live in new york for a while, maybe a year. i think this is achievable, if i push for it; maybe a secondment to new york with work (or even a new job)! i am sure it will be a year full of adventure (good and bad). the question is when – presumably before i settle down, and have commitments which make it too difficult to move. within the next five years?
