How I did it: First time I did it it on Tuesday evening, so I continued doing my weekly review it on Tuesday evenings. It shows me how far I have come accomplishing my goals. And if I'm in a bad mood, it cheers me up because it reminds me that it was actually a good week, that I've made a progress in many ways.It also reminds me on the goals I haven't worked on. I’m loving it!
I get the best, the most creative ideas while jogging.
And it feels so good for my overall health, my posture and metabolism.
Makes me STRONG!

went jogging twice this week(15-21.2). finally, the weather was fine. this is such a relief for my body. I just have to get that bike.. It would make things much easier.
