fresh orange juice
spinach
baby tomatoes
Wednesday had:
salad (lettuce, rocket, cucumber, tomato, beetroot)
an apple
small amounts of onion and pepper
Thursday had:
a banana
pineapple
1/2 an orange
1/2 an avocado
1/2 a tomato
some watercress, rocket and spinach
a few cherries
a few strawberries
I think that’s near enough 5 a day.
