No excuses anymore. No putting it off anymore. I am going to do this. This is how I am going to do it:

WEEK 1- 5 cigs a day
WEEK 2- 4 cigs a day
WEEK 3- 3 cigs a day
WEEK 4 – 2 cigs a day
WEEK 5- 1 cig a day
WEEk 6- 0 cigs a day

Goal date: Sept. 25th

I have a lot of support from family and friends. One of my online buddies is quitting,too. We are going to help each other through this.

I decided in my situation(small town , no car, etc.) that if I want this to come true I need to take online courses. I am looking into that now. Wish me luck!!!

I have met so many new people online that are awesome. I still would like to meet people here in town, but it is small and I am kin to most of them. ICK ….......... Hopefully some new people will move here. LOL
