How I did it: I told myself it was time forget.  It wasn't fair to keep thinking about this little turd who hurt me almost a year ago... god i hate him.  It took me way too long but I just let go.  Take your mind off it.. try to see him for what he is, not what you want to believe he is.  There's no use crying anymore if he's gone, be happy!
